Our spin on the classic French comfort food dish has been described as "INSANE," "one of your very best," and, "So good... My husband didn't speak through the whole meal."
Featuring bone-in chicken thighs & drumsticks (2 each), braised in a rich, luscious herby red wine gravy with pearl onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Served with roasted potatoes on side for soaking up all that hug-you-from-the-inside saucy goodness.
All you need to do is set it in the oven, pour yourself a big ol' glass of wine, and forget 'til it's time to dig in. Oui, oui, dinnertime can be that easy ;) And, bonus, it can also be frozen for when Future You needs a fab no-work dinner!
