Thinly sliced, breaded fried eggplant cutlets, layered with shredded mozzarella, basil, and our signature tomato sugo. Served with extra sugo on the side, because we know you like it super saucy ;)

    The eggplant pond was delicious. I do wish, however that the salad had a few more veggies in it

    I also appreciated the pro tip of cutting the palm into for cooking. It made it so much easier.
