We took the light, bright, dynamite version of this Fam Fave Hanger Steak dinner and gave it a special V-day glow up!
This stunning marinated hanger steak is served with roasted rainbow baby carrots and garlic & Parmesan creamed spinach. But what really takes this over the top is the truffle Bordelaise sauce for pouring alllll over your plate. Yes, we will be dipping our carrots into that good jus.
To make this dinner even more luxurious, maybe add on some lobster? Just a casual surf and turf situation on a Wednesday night.
