Grilled Swordfish & Pearl Couscous

  • Dairy-free
The only thing better than grilled fish for dinner? Grilled fish for dinner that you don't actually have to grill yourself (and is table-ready in just 15 minutes).

Two 3-ounce swordfish steaks marinated in a delicate blend of lemon, herbs (cilantro, parsley) and mild spices, then flame-grilled. Served with zesty pearl couscous laced with a red pepper-preserved lemon puree, plus charred green beans with a burnt garlic for drizzling over top.

    Swimmingly GOOD!!

Excellent herbal flavors, fresh swordfish taste, moist with easy prep in microwave for the hungry yet unmotivated diner!

    Quick and decent meal

A good fast meal. The sword fish was very good, the green beans and couscous were a bit plain.
