Leslie’s version of Tteokbokki is based on the traditional Korean comfort food classic and features Tteokbokki (hot spicy rice cakes) in a dreamy sauce with Gochujang and Korean chili flake, fish cake, and hard boiled eggs.

Served over a bed of ramen noodles, ready to be slurped up!

    Nice parts

    This is great dish - but the noodles and the fish cakes were the best part! Maybe a new side dish??
