Herb-Crusted Arctic Char & Lentils

Fan of salmon and trout? Mild and flaky arctic char is like the Goldilocks between the two.

Featuring a roasted char filet brushed with Dijonaise and crusted with herbed panko breadcrumbs. Served alongside lemon-garlicky green beans and hearty French lentils cooked with carrots and celery.

Tangy mustard crème fraiche comes on the side for dipping in or dolloping on top.

Just pop it all in the oven for 15 minutes, and *poof* dinner (or lunch) is ready to be enjoyed!

    Be Adventurous!

    When I read the description and it said it tasted like salmon and trout, I almost didn't order it because I don't like trout. The Chad was mild and very favorable. Can keep on the menu

    I liked it! Never had Arctic Char until yesterday! Lentils & beans were a perfect compliment to the fish. Having the leftovers tonight for dinner.. That's 2 nights in a row, WECO is feeding us! Can't beat that!
