Our version of a "Connecticut-style" roll features fresh lobster knuckle and claw meat, plus a dreamy shallot, lemon & chive compound butter for warming and saucing it up in. (Because the only thing better than butter is flavor-amplified butter, duh.)

- Crunchy cabbage-carrot slaw with honey mustard dressing

    Clawed perfection

    It was all good, but the roll didn't stand up to cutting. Toasted well but was a bit doughy.

    Lobster and butt ah was oh so good as were the potatoes. Had to save slaw for another day the meals are always more than enough.

    It was tasty - if I'm being honest- I thought there should be a little more lobster for the sandwich -That said the sandwich was tasty. The accompanying sides were good. The buns were delicious and the seasoning on the potatoes was very good!
