Our take on the traditional Thai dish was inspired by Chef Matt’s very first kitchen gig and the ‘Family Meal’ that took place after each shift.

This big bowl features crispy fried lo mein noodles with our coconut curry beef (seasoned with lemongrass, lime, turmeric, and red curry) paired with purple fingerling potatoes, leeks, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and pickled bok choy.

Plus, fried shallots and toasted peanuts (on the side) for garnishing your bowl! Paired with a crunchy cucumber sesame salad for a little extra crunch.
