Our version of the classic Korean BBQ beef short ribs!
This style of shorty uses the "flanken" cut: A thin strip of steak portioned across the bone, which makes it perfect for quick grilling over high heat.
Featuring 8-ounces of kalbi-style ribs that have been marinated with tamari, dark brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil & Asian pear. Served with a shaved radish & cuke salad and tangy kimchi potato salad. BBQ sauce spiked with fiery gochujang (Korean red chili paste) comes on the side for basting your ribs to your liking!
All you need to get this dinner table-ready is a sheet pan and 10 minutes in the oven!

    Better than last time

    Generous amount of meat on the ribs. Both salads were very nice, and the kimchee potato salad worked surprisingly well with a mayo base - we were expecting a vinegar base.

    Perfect Dinner

    This was the quickest, easiest meal prep of the meals we've gotten so far (and that's saying something since they're all so easy!).

    This one was added to the "if you see it on the menu, order it immediately" list. The ribs were tender, the BBQ sauce had a nice tang, and both the cucumber salad and potato salad had different flavors that all complimented one another.

    One of your best

    One of your best dishes. Not much meat on the bones but delicious. Maybe a less heavy accompaniment other than potato salad.
