Our take on the classic South Asian & Iranian dish!

The star of this flavor-packed plate is succulent lamb shoulder that's been marinated overnight with yogurt & garam masala, then slow roasted. Served with:

- Aromatic basmati rice with saffron, mustard seed, coriander and caramelized onion
- Sweet potato korma (aka curry) braised in coconut milk with chilies & spices
- A side of tangy, cooling labne raita with cukes, red onion, mint & dill
- 2 pieces of garlic naan for scooping up all that saucy deliciousness

Since we took care of the low & slow cooking part, all you need is 15 min and a couple pans to make it table-ready!

    This would have taken us hours to make, great addition to the rotation!

    The Lamb was so tender and in every bite of Biryani which we loved. We think a bit more spice (cardamom, clove and cinnamon) would have moved it to a 5 star review. The sweet potato side was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Huge delish piece of naan:)

    Will order again.
