The star of this restaurant-y meal is our lamb ragu, slow-braised with red wine & aromatics (mint, thyme, coriander & fennel seeds), and studded with baby spinach and cherry tomato.

Served over fresh cavatelli (from our friends at Deano's in Somerville, MA!), with creamy, mint-laced whipped feta for dolloping on top and our fig balsamic focaccia for wiping the bowl clean.

Best of all, this one-pot-wonder pasta comes together in less than 15 minutes!

    In general I'm not a lamb eater but I've so enjoyed your dishes. We've had 2 now.

    The dinner was delicious and plentiful! The pasta had great texture and the feta whip added penuche. The Fig focaccia was to live for - amazing. Overall easy to prepare and plate. I vote keep it on the rotation. And sell the fig focaccia by the basket❤️. It was a great compliment to dinner and desert all at once!

    Fantastic sauce, slightly off proportions

    This is a favorite dish in our house-the feta with mint just makes it. My only complaint is that the pasta:sauce ratio is off for my preference. I would love more pasta.
