Three Middle Eastern-inspired ground lamb meatballs packed with bulgur, onion, and a punchy blend of herbs & spices. Served with herby bulgur tabbouleh with cherry tomatoes, plus a crunchy-cool cuke & red onion salad. A fiery harissa aioli comes on the side for dipping in or dolloping on top.
And the only thing you have to do is pop it in the microwave for a couple minutes ;)

    Lamb and ...

    The Lamb Kofta is outstanding on its own, but the Tabbouleh needs some more work - the tomatoes don't work and there's not much flavor in the cucumbers. Some sort of spice in the Tabbouleh or yogurt sauce as a counterpoint to the harissa aioli would be good.
