    Tasty Lobster bisque!

    The lobster bisque was excellent. It was taking creamy and better than I’ve had anywhere in New England. The lobster meat Had protein and even more flavor to the soup. I’d love to see lobster bisque on your menu in the future. Thanks.

    Oh, the popovers!!

    Soup was delicious. Also would have been delicious with much less salt. It took everything I had not to gobble down BOTH popovers when I heated up enough soup for ONE serving. So good—3-5 min in 260-350° convection oven made it perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.

    Excellent bisque!

    Yum. This is what a lobster bisque should be! Lovely thick texture, deep flavor (clearly shells were used to get such depth!), and super generous portion of lobster meat.
