Basmati coconut rice seasoned with mango puree, black sesame, and vadouvan curry. Featuring diced mango & red pepper, fresh snap peas & bean sprouts, and a fragrant combo of Thai basil, mint, and cilantro.

Sweet chili mango sauce comes on the side so you can add in as desired. Plus, shiso-salted cukes and a crispy shallot cashew crunch to add craveable texture to each bite.

    Absolutely yummy!

    I loved this dish. I did add some diced scallion to it and I chiffonaded the scallions and sliced the sugar snaps...also added some soy sauce to the mix. But it was so good. And paired with some salmon - just perfect for early summer.
