    I loved the flavor and textures in this meal!

    The sliced chicken on one side of this dish was great. Great flavors and size of the dish. The roasted chickpeas and chunks of zucchini was a great added touch for texture and flavor!

    Really good

    We really enjoyed this chicken and orzo bowl. We heated a little so it was warm but not hot. The crunchy chickpeas were a nice touch of crunch. Portion size was great. It made a nice light lunch for 2 seniors!

    Great flavors

    This meal was flavorful and super easy. The portion was generous with lots of veggies and chicken. I have plenty of leftovers. However, I personally found there was too much orzo and would love to have had even more veggies. I think this meal served tossed into a salad of crispy greens would be great as well.

    Super easy, super healthy

    ~2:15 in the microwave for a dinner that tasted freshly cooked was pretty great. The toasted chickpeas added a nice crunch and texture to the orzo, and the zucchini and peppers were roasted just right. Took off one star because I thought the chicken was a little boring (pulled dark meat would have been perfect), but I'll definitely be getting it again.
