Inspired by Mei Mei’s artisanal dumplings and Chef Irene Li, this dumpling “salad” stars Mei Mei’s five spice tofu dumplings filled with five spice tofu, cabbage, shiitakes, carrot, scallions, and ginger.

Served with baby romaine lettuce, red onions, cherry & cluster tomatoes, fresh basil, fried shallot, and our own chili crisp vinaigrette for drizzling all over.
