Liven up your usual taco night with these Pork Carnitas Tacos! You’ll start with slowly braised pork carnitas seasoned with cumin, chili powder, garlic and tomatillos. Paired with all the necessary toppings, like:

-salsa verde
-our in-house pickled red onions
-cotija cheese
-limes

Served with All Souls corn tortillas (made from scratch in Burlington, VT!) and a side of our own saffron rice + refried beans. Each order makes 4 tacos.

    A melange of deliciousness!

    So many good flavors in this meal -- didn't realize when I ordered it that it was a new version of carnitas with salsa verde, refried beans, lime, cheese and pickled onions! Everything tasted so good mixed together.

    David Vargas is a magician!

    Whoa!! Everything in this kit was outstanding! That green poblano situation was the star…and weirdly, the lime!!! It brought everything together. Wish I had ordered more of these.

    Super tasty!

    I’ve been to Vida Cantina a number of times, but I’ve never had the carnitas. Super tasty! I used the leftover toppings to make nachos for lunch.
