    This is a very tasty meal. Everything is well done. But for the money, that's the thinnest slice of beef you could possibly give without it being deli meat. If I got this at a restaurant, I would complain.

    Prime rib with veggie gratin and baked potatoes

    My husband said it was one of the best weco dinners. He loves baked potatoes and prime rib. The vegetable gratin was like the perfect finishing touch to the meal.

    This is always delicious. The baked potato was a nice addition and reheated perfectly. The proportions are very generous. My only disappointment was that the slice of beef was a little more cooked than usual
