That roasted statler (aka drumette-on) chicken breast? It's brined overnight with lemon, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf and garlic, to keep it extra juicy & tender. Those roasted Brussels sprouts? We toss 'em with a combo of tangy sherry and cider vinegars to brighten each bite. And that butternut squash and sweet potato? They get drizzled with sweet, aromatic cardamom lime leaf honey.
Oh! And did we mention the vibrant, herby chimichurri that comes with for slathering all over??
