    Excellent with bao bun sauce

    I enjoyed these potatoes with the included aioli (4 stars), but I happened to have a little bit of left over bao bun sauce (orange colored mayonnaise-y sauce) and my god it was fantastic. I implore you to switch the aioli recipe to the more flavorful stuff you make for the sweet potato bao buns instead!
