Summer Street Corn on the Cob

Prep time: 5 minutes

Corn on the cob, but make it fancy! Ours is seasoned with Tajin and served with our scratch-made roasted garlic aioli, plus cotija cheese and lime!

In your bag

  • Steamed corn on the cob
  • Garlic aioli
  • Cotija & cilantro & Tajin
  • Lime

At home

  • Microwave-safe plate
  • Spoon or pastry brush

Heat up your corn:

Option #1 (on the grill!): Heat your grill to medium-high, 375°F-450°F. Place your corn directly on the grill, turning occasionally, until the kernels begin to char and the corn is hot, about 2-3 minutes.

Option #2 (in the microwave): Place your corn on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until the corn is hot, about 1 minute.

Using a spoon or pastry brush, coat each ear of corn with the garlic aioli. Sprinkle over the cotija & cilantro, followed by the Tajin (start slow, it has a kick!). Squeeze the lime all over and enjoy!
