This one-pot pasta is a match made in opposite-flavors-attract heaven.

Fresh gluten-free ziti (from our friends at Deano's in Somerville, MA!) in a creamy sweet corn sauce laced with miso, fontina cheese, and blistered cherry tomato. Served with sliced sweet Italian pork sausage (on the side, so you can keep the pasta veggie if you want!), plus a truffle honey drizzle for a final flourish.

    Delicious pasta, sauce and sausage, plus the truffle honey put it over the top. We plated along with some asparagus that we had on hand. We were getting full midway through but somehow managed to not have any leftovers if that says how much we liked it!
