    What a great summer meal. Delicious dressing , and the salami/ cheese combo was tasty. The pickled veggies were a bit too “hot” would have loved more in my salad but had too much heat -

    Maybe lighten it up next time

    Tasty salad1

    The Chopped Salad is simple in concept, but what makes it so good is the high quality of its ingredients as delivered. The combination of the assorted lettuces, pickled vegs, and meats and cheese is just so tasty. As with all the other WECO meals I've tried, their "Serves 1" does so very generously, or in the case of my modest appetite, serves two quite well.
