Theo Ball Sous Chef Meet the Chef Why did you start cooking? Cooking and eating great food gives me my soul. I started cooking because I find it really fun and I love the challenge. What’s your cooking background? I worked at Woods Hill Table as a line cook for a couple years prior to working for WECO. What’s your favorite type of cuisine to cook? My favorite cuisine to cook is indian. It’s great comfort food and I like bold flavors. Why do you like to cook? The thing I enjoy most about cooking is the creative aspect. It’s also a rewarding feeling when other people enjoy my food, especially when I get to share it with them. What’s your walkout song? Southtown- Aaron Kamm and the one drops If you could have any super power, what would it be and why? I’d want the ability to time travel. If you had to eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be? I’m gonna pick cereal. I’d have a different type everyday and hopefully not get sick of it. What dish have you created that you’re most proud of? I sometimes make biang biang noodles (traditional chinese hand pulled noodles). They are so good.
