Hey Fam, you might notice it is Wednesday at 6:00pm... not Thursday at noon. We got the menu done early so we were like... why not?

So... whatcha gonna get? We've got the beloved Duck Confit (what other dinner service can whip that up?!), Summer Vegetable Ravioli, a LOBSTER ROLL 👀, and some special treats for the 4th of July on Thursday and Friday.

Today is officially the first day of summer! Here are some tips on how to keep your WECO cool and fresh if you're not home during delivery:

1) Put a cooler out that is large enough for your order. Swipe to see the dimensions of the paper bags we deliver your dinner in. The more food you order, the bigger your bag will be!

2)Use ice packs instead of loose ice! You don't want to come home to your bag having disintegrated from sitting in a pool of melting ice. That would make us (and your dinner) v sad.

3) On your order form, let us know if you will have a cooler out so your driver knows to look for it! You can also email us once you receive your delivery ETA if your delivery instructions change at all.

A few weeks ago we got a special tour of the Acton Discovery Museum.

Here at WECO, it's important to know where our ingredients come from, so that's why our favorite part of the museum is the garden beds with fresh herbs! It's a great example of how you don't need a full on garden to be able to grow and include fresh produce into your meals. If you don't have space for a raised bed, you can even plant herbs in small pots and have a window garden!
