Read through once, then get started ♥  (P.S. Scroll down for the brunch reheats)

DINNER

Baked Brie Dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Remove the lid to your container and pop it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Carefully remove the dip from the oven.
  3. Next, drizzle your chutney on top (you can swirl it in with a toothpick) and sprinkle your pistachios
    all over.
  4. Lastly, top with your puff pastry. Back in the oven for 5 final minutes! Grab your crackers and get to dippin’!

Sea-cuterie

You know how to do this! Grab a big ol’ cutting board and make it look pretty! Pinterest inspo highly recommended.

Beef Wellington

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Grab your compound garlic butter and let sit at room temp.
  3. Place your hasselback potato on an aluminum foil lined sheet tray and toss in the oven for around 15 minutes. (We’re keeping this separate so it doesn’t knock your Wellington over later on!)
  4. Meanwhile, place your beef tenderloin on another sheet tray. Place a pat of your compound butter on top of your tenderloin. Toss in the oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove your tenderloin from the oven. Add your spinach in a neat little pile on top of your tenderloin. Next, do the same with your duxelles + brisket. It should look like a layered tower. Back in the oven for 5 minutes more!
  6. Okay, almost done now. Add your puff pastry cap on top of your tenderloin tower. Back in the oven for 5 FINAL MINUTES!
  • For the broccoli rabe, saute in a saute pan for 3-5 minutes or until warmed to your liking.
  • For the red wine bordelaise, pour it into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave in 10 second intervals until steamy!
  • To serve, place your potato, beef Wellington, + broccoli rabe on a plate. Pour your red wine bordelaise alllll over your beef Wellington. We like to add any leftover compound butter to the potato. Enjoy!

Scallop Uni Spaghetti Carbonara

  1. Get a big pot of water on the stove, season well with salt and bring to a boil.
  2. While the water heats, grab a saucepan and add a pat of butter. Pop it over medium heat ‘til the butter bubbles.
  3. Carefully pour the uni cream sauce into the pan and heat until very lightly simmering. Once it begins to simmer, add your scallops in and heat for 2 minutes while stirring frequently. Keep an eye on it—we don’t want to burn the sauce or overcook the scallops!
  4. Remove the sauce + scallops from heat immediately after heating for 2 minutes.
  5. Back to the boiling water! Drop in the spaghetti and give it a stir to separate. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they float—test them for doneness—but should be no more!
  6. Reserve a cup of the spaghetti water and strain.
  7. Toss the spaghetti into the pan with the uni cream sauce. Add a couple splashes of the reserved pasta water.
  8. Cook over low heat for a few minutes until the sauce clings to the spaghetti. Season with S+P as needed!
  • For the focaccia, toast in a toaster or oven for a few minutes to warm it up.
  • For the salad, put the Little Leaf greens in a mixing bowl, season with S+P, drizzle in the sherry vinaigrette and toss toss toss!
  • To serve, place your carbonara in a shallow bowl and top with your Parmesan-panko crumble. Enjoy the focaccia and salad on the side. Enjoy 🙂

Meatballs + Mozz

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Remove the lid to your container and pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Remove carefully from the oven, top with mozzarella cheese, then toss it back in the oven for 5-10 more minutes or until warmed to your liking.
  3. Last but not least, drizzle with pesto and enjoy!

Baked Lobster + Cauliflower Gnocchi

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Remove the lid to your container and pop it in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until warmed to your liking!

  3. Sprinkle the crumble over the top, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Let it cool for 3-4 minutes… then enjoy!!
