Back with a vegetarian fave tonight, folks! A creamy coconut milk based vadouvan curry for your delight.  We’ve got all the flavor types— sweet + spicy mushrooms, salty mustard greens and savory lemongrass + ginger wild rice. Whether you’re eating this for dinner or lunch, there’s really no wrong time. 3am snack? Sure. Oh, and fun fact? Wild rice isn’t really even rice. It’s a grass seed that’s grown in water. It’s got plant-based protein that might even give you superpowers…might. Zap in the micro and that’s all you’ve gotta do for your plant powers. Dig in, WECO Fam!

Ramekin of mustard greens


What you’ll need from home:

Nothing! Eat this one right outta the bowl.


How to prep:

Remove the ramekin. Pop the entire bowl into the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until warm. Add the mustard greens in. Grub’s up!
