Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Prep time: 35-40 minutes oven OR 2-4 minutes microwave

You're never too old for mac n' cheese! At least that's our philosophy;) This creamy, dreamy tin of buffalo chicken mac & cheese contains both cheddar AND parmesan cheese for extra deliciousness. Hot sauce and blue cheese add a little zing to each bite, and our Ritz cracker crumble on top adds a little crunch. Best part? All you have to do is warm this baby in the oven.

At home

  • Sheet pan & aluminum foil OR microwave-safe bowl & a damp paper towel

Remove lid, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and place on a sheet tray. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes, carefully remove the foil, and bake 10-15 minutes more! Alternatively, scoop some into a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave until warmed to your liking! If cooking from frozen - thaw for 24 hours in the fridge and follow heating instructions.
