Our take on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, but with a twist! You'll BYO (build your own) by layering on our breaded chicken cutlet, caramelized onion mustard, ham, and shredded cheese (a blend of Swiss, mozzarella, and provolone). Pop in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and get everything ooey gooey & delicious. Paired with rice pilaf and honey glazed carrots on the side!

In your bag

  • Breaded chicken cutlet
  • Sliced ham
  • Shredded Swiss, provolone, and mozzarella cheese
  • Caramelized onion mustard
  • Rice pilaf
  • Honey glazed carrots

At home

  • Lightly greased aluminum foil-lined sheet tray
  • 2 microwave-safe dishes

The Chicken, Mustard, Ham, and Cheese:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. 
  2. Place the chicken on your lightly greased foil-lined sheet tray. Use a spoon to swipe a swoosh of carmie mustard on top, and then place your slices of ham on top. Finish with shredded cheese.
  3. Pop it into the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melty and everything is hot!

The Rice and Carrots

  1. Add each to their own microwave-safe dish. Splash some water over the rice and cover each dish with a damp paper towel. Microwave until warmed to your liking.

Plate everything up! Transfer your chicken cordon bleu to a serving plate and spoon some rice pilaf and carrots on the side. Use your leftover carmie mustard for dipping as you go. Enjoy!
