The tastiest dang kale salad you’ve ever had is here! This hearty kale salad comes with toasted almonds and shaved Manchego (on the side). With Nan’s signature lemon horseradish vinaigrette on the side for drizzling all over. Enjoy this as a side salad for two, or use it as a base for a build-your-own bowl situation. 

In your bag

  • Kale
  • Almonds, Manchego, and nutritional yeast
  • Nan's spicy horseradish vinaigrette
  • Lemon

At home

  • Mixing bowl & tossy things

Transfer kale to a mixing bowl, season with S&P to taste and a squeeze of lemon. Massage the kale to incorporate the salt and lemon juice. Add in almonds, Manchego & nutritional yeast, drizzle vinaigrette all over, and toss!
