In partnership with our friends at Nan's Rustic Kitchen & Market in Stow, MA! (Aka, the local, farm-to-table market our whole team is legit OB-sessed with.) These sweet potato obliques are roasted and tossed with a fragrant, flavor-packed rosemary-garlic confit-charred onion oil. That's it! Simple, veggie-ful, perfection.

At home

  • Aluminum foil-lined sheet tray with a little oil OR microwave safe dish and damp paper towel

Place sweet potatoes on a lightly greased aluminum foil-lined sheet tray and bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, or until hot. Alternatively, add to a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave until warmed to your liking.
