    Very tender!

    Despite having been previously cooked, and even after reheating, the meat was delightfully tender. Not my favorite sauce on it however. My husband and I would have personally preferred a chimichurri or something similar. We paired this with the heirloom tomato tart and the accompanying salad and potatoes we roasted ourselves. Excellent, minimal effort meal!
