A base of savory ground lamb with peas, carrots & celery, seasoned with red wine, tomato, & herbs (thyme, rosemary, mint). Creamy, buttery mashed potatoes come with for topping, of course!

    So easy and so delicious

    We expected it to be good as all of the WECO dinners are but this one blew us away by being even more scrumptious than we had imagined. Thought this might prove two meals but it all disappeared at once.
