Super Veggie Chili with Cheddar & Cornbread for Two

Our hearty veggie chili is chock-full of from-the-garden goodness: Plum tomatoes, charred zucchini, roasted sweet potatoes, red & green bell peppers, red onion, black beans, and sweet corn.

Served with a hunk of decadent cheddar cornbread for dunking in. We've set you up with shredded cheddar for melting on top, but don't be shy about loading it up with any of your other favorite fixins! (Sour cream? Pickled jalapeños? Corn chips?) Go nuts! This nourishing bowlful is your blank canvas ;) Serves 2.

    Good staple

    Nice chunky chili. Could be a little more spicy or perhaps have side of spicy sour cream. The cornbread is so delicious, moist and melt in mouth. Really nice combination

    Loved this veggie chili. Since I do not eat meat this was a real pleasure. Ate also for lunch plus put some in the freezer for later. Keep it on the menu!

    Mmmm!!

    Very tasty and hearty. Had some immediately the night it was delivered. It was so good, and the cheddar corn bread added to it perfectly! Was excited for the second serving at lunch the next day!
