Zesty Meatballs with Poached Farro & Barley

I really love these flavorful meatballs, red sauce, and farro-barley mix with cucumber-yogurt side dressing, the day it's delivered and for the few days afterward since it reheats in the microwave effortlessly. I just wish that the farro-barley had more flavor, perhaps from sauteed mushrooms or diced caramelized onions. I don't understand why the cooled meatballs cannot be packaged within the container of cooled red sauce, so use of the lined, oversized, paper boxes can be eliminated since these take up too much refrigerator space and cannot be composted.

When ordering for the first time we knew it would be good - as are all WECO meals.. But this was great! We'll be ordering it again:))Seriously who knew pairing farro with anything could be so tasty - but it was a yummy balance of the BEST meatballs ever, just enough tomato sauce, plus the perfect addition of a yogurt dressing.. if there is a wait list for the next time you offer this - sign us up!

Best meatballs I've had! The pomegranate vinaigrette that came with the side salad is very good as well!

We liked this--it was a different meal for us, and made us feel adventurous.

The meatballs, farro and barley with the accompanying sauce were all a party in my mouth!!! The flavors were fantastic and the meal was plentiful. I was excited to enjoy them again for lunch:) Will certainly order again.

This dish was amazing. I was expecting the “routine” meatball preparation, but the spicy tomato sauce and lebneh made these meatballs were over the top!!! Loved it!
